Questions & Answers
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are normally carried out Monday – Friday between 8am and 4pm. Saturday between 8am and 1pm.
Do you charge a call out fee?
We charge a call out fee covering the first hour of work then in 30 minute increments thereafter.
What qualifications do your electricians have?
Our electricians are NICEIC approved, fully qualified City & Guilds and work to British Standards BS 7671.
Are your heating engineers registered?
Yes our engineers are GasSafe registered.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes we provide a 12 month guarantee for our workmanship.
